Sixty-Three Year Old Madison Man to Test for Blackbelt

Bob Degnan, 63 years old of Madison, Wisconsin will test for his third degree blackbelt on Saturday, April 24, 2010. Degnan has been involved in the martial arts for more than 17 years and is one of the oldest people in Wisconsin's history to attain such a feat.

April 22, 2010- Bob Degnan of Madison, Wisconsin will be testing for his 3rd degree blackbelt at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin on Saturday, April 24, 2010. The test starts at 4:00pm and is scheduled to last approximately five hours.
